RoHS & EMC Approval

Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) in EEE is a directive that restricts the use of hazardous materials, such as lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB), and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE), in all electrical and electronic products to promote the use of resources in an environmentally friendly way and efficient waste management in Europe. The scope of the RoHS directive is being extended worldwide, including the U.S., Japan, and China. Only RoHS-compliant electrical and electronic products are allowed to be sold in Europe.

All components and product sets made by RAMUN have passed strict testing procedures and meet RoHS compliance. Electromagnetic waves (radiation) refer to electric and magnetic fields (EMF) produced by all electrical and electronic products. Long-term exposure to electromagnetic waves can cause health problems. Many countries around the world have created criteria for evaluating the hazards of electromagnetic fields and set the safety standards for electromagnetic radiation produced by EE products. RAMUN’s products have been designed to minimize electromagnetic waves (radiation) and maintain safe EMF(electro and magnetic fields ) levels so that they can be used anywhere in the world.
